MOT'S

MOT testing is carried out in accordance with the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Regulations by approved testers.

All vehicles must be submitted for testing once they are three years old. A vehicle can be tested a month prior to the due date without losing any days on your current MOT certificate.

We will send you a reminder of your MOT approximately a month before it is due, so you have plenty of time to book it for an MOT test at a time convenient to you. Reminders will be sent by post, or if you prefer we can send an email if your email address is provided.

The only time you are permitted to be on the road without an MOT certificate is on your way to a pre-booked MOT test or on your way to a place of repair after having failed an MOT test.
